Itz True . I experimented with it for a week . By going to
sleeping at differnt hours on different dayz. Also, if one has been
sleep deprived or deprived of REM (dream) sleep for a long time --
like with raising babies or if you quit smoking or come off
medication -- your dreams will be more vivid for a time and many
people find that frightening and nightmarish. An imbalance between
how tired you are physically and how tired you are mentally seems
to cause a lot of insomnia, sleep disturbances, etc. And, no, you
won't likely read that anywhere but here: I dont' think I have seen
that in any psychology classes, etC
I noticed longer and more haunting dreams about ghosts in haunted
houses. Other times, it's dreams about adventures. I used to keep a
dream journal in which I would record the details of my dreams. For
several years previous, I had been having four or five different
types of very haunting and intense repeat dreams and I wanted to
record how often I was having them
Last night I had a dream. It was exactly a horror movie.Possibly
THE heaviest plot of any dream I've ever had
A DEAD GIRL WAS TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING
I went to visit this clinic or hospital which looked like a half
home half hospital.
Private practiniers i think. .. as i walked past someone a girl
sitting at one of the benches, she turned ghastly .. scenes like
half the Exorcism of Emily Rose and half The Maid, half Gothika. The
haunting feeling of its presence horrified me
Later on, it seems like the clinic is actually a huge mansion which
leads deeper inside as i got strayed, I moved toward what I
identified as an oddly-placed medical ward and misled by mysterious
apparitions till i discovered the deadly secret of the story.
The dream was 2 hrs long like a movie WITH AN EXSCITING FINALE IN
WHAT LOOKED LIKE A BALLROOM
But it left me with a strange feeling when i woke up...feelign
enlightened but disturbed at the same time
