For what I know, intl students accepting the grant are going to
have it worse. For example, if they flunk the course, they're going
to have to pay back the debt. After they graduate, they're going to
be bonded by the government, they die die have to work here for at
least 3 years or pay back the bond. Also note that the tution fees
are per sem, so that grant is also per sem, so study for 8
semesters its going to be helluva lot of bond you're gonna have to
pay back.
