My adventure was truly amazing. I was offered $69k for new
Premacy by Mazda Motors 1 day before the latest round of bidding (I
think they were desperate to get rid of old stock).
I went down with Mazda motor armed with cheque book and a full load
of my family to test drive the car. Unforturnately, all of them
dislike the cramped 3rd row.
Since the reason I wanted an MPV was for my family and they
disliked it, I have decided to pass on the good deal.
Now I am looking at Toyota Wish and Honda Stream. However, as these
2 models are more than $10k higher than Premacy, it is way beyond
my budget. Also considering 2nd hand for these models but the 2nd
hand ones I have seen are still very high in terms of depreciation.
May consider taking risk and buying repossessed ones.
So for now, I am still driving my 2001 Mazda 323.....
Still have more than 1 year to go before I reach year 5 so time is
on my side.
Meanwhile if I go out with my children and parents, my children
just have to sit on grandpa's and grandma's lap
