Today, I was msning my fren and we came to this topic.

I was saying my diploma gg to my kam chai already.

And he said, now they only see ur degree.

I said employers look for work experience, character, interest, hobby and mannerism... Anything...

And he replied," Can work means can work"

Firstly they see how low you are willing to be paid. Next, they see how long and keen you are going to be staying in the job if they offer it to you. Another is when you are available to start work. Some might even look at your family background because some internal affairs just shouldn't find a leak. Laughing

All in all, employers look for the most value for money, can work with maximum efficiency and effort for the least amount of pay.

qualification, attitude, skill, enthusiasm etc.

In today's economy, the lower your pay expectations, the higher your chance of getting the job.

If you have the words "sucker" tattoo'ed on your forehead, your chances are increased ten fold. Laughing

Sometimes you might even be asked if this happens to be your first interview. If you answered yes to the above, chances are, if other employers don't waste time on you, why should they? Laughing
