north east ppl is ji lin ,liao ning. hei long jiang .they say dong bei hua .south west is si chuan .they say si chuan hua .si chuan hua and dong bei hua .they can enderstand each other easily .

in china ,1 billion speak mandrin with varities if accents .others speak cantoese ,hokkin,.........not easy understand .but they are traditional chinese language .if u read chinese old book -wen yan wen ,you will know
