I've been with StarHub since they started their Surf For Free
dial-up package way back years ago. Till now, my cable broadband
with them has been trouble-free, and their support service is very
good.
SingNet ADSL broadband according to so many of my friends and
public, are problematic. Connection issues are the main pain, and
some are issued with adsl modems that are either faulty, have poor
techical support, or are just simply a weak product that can't
function as intended.
Furthermore, I was told that in older HDB estates, adsl broadband
connection issues are more likely because of old telephone wiring
networks in the buidling.
So clearly, the advantage is with Starhub.
