According to TNP, 2 S'poreans & 4 expat teens were nabbed
for suspected drug use. They were seen going up to the stairwell on
the top floor of an Orchard shopping centre for the past 2 weeks.
Thus, it gives suspicions to the secutiry personnel.
It was happened at Orchard Shopping Centre, when they are smoking.
As the security guards move in, they dispose the 2 self-rolled
cigarettes with "greenish" tobacco.
