Jp1 SG Donate to those who have poor business. U cant expect me pass by orchard see so many people donating to one guy, opp cant said name and not another guy (less disability compared to pervious) who is outside but no business rite.

SBS1985C SG Haizz.Got one Handicap (cannot walk) when I see him at Suntec City (walkway between Meilina Walk and Suntec) he always smile at me when I give money to him. Then one day I saw him at Orchard Road, I smile at him and he turned his face away. He was only smiling at my money and when I did not donate any money to him he showed me this attitude. I really regret donating money to him. Remember not to donate to this guy @ Suntec if you ever meet him as he is very ungrateful.
