Noise on and off or fan on and off?
If it is noise, clean it. Bring it to authorized dealers to help
you do it. Most laptop manufacturers make it clear that if you open
up your laptop yourself, warranty card void.
If it is fan, bring it down to them also. They will see what's the
problem and if necessary, replace the fan for you.
