alkenes: electrophilic addition.....so if u see a compound that has
dipole moment alrdy(H2O) or can be made to have dipole moment (e.g.
H2) u will know straight away if it can react with an alkene and
how.
benzenes: electrophilic addition, any compound
that can be turned into an electrophile through catalysts like
halogen carriers will react
phenols: C-0 and O-H bond fission
just keep studying la will get better one...dont understand
anything ask ur teachers or friends lor. this chapter quite
straight forward one...not much understanding required...just alot
of work...
electrophilic substitution...
