Alright, here are my views...
1) If u are ineithical- Take the bike and sell it at Sungei Road or
Cash Converter.
2) If u are eithical- Take the bike and leave it at a poor
neighbourhood(1 room flats at Toa Payoh) for the first needy soul
to grab. Steal stuff, give to the poor . Machiam Robin
Hood....
U report town council, they simply thow away the bike or turn it
into scrap metal. Why give the already rich govt even more money?
