My friend is a Sec 5 student, and he's registering for 'O' Level
soon. The question is, he doesn't like his 'N' result and wants to
take it with the 'O' level. Can he register himself as a 'O' level
and 'N' level candidate via school? If this is so, he could take
the 'N' level during early Oct and 'O' during Nov.
