OMs, are ex-military ppl, so their job scope in OM is somewhat
similar to the job scope in the last 5 yrs of their previous job.

Schools like ACS can certainly force ppl to donate, cos majority of
the students are rich. Tell me where to find a17yr old (ACJC, same
right?) girl holding a LV wallet ...
Schools cannot force, but they can set a min amt. But if they force
u to hit the min. amt. Then hehe, tell Tharman ?
