yup that is how the bullet head works,when you fire it from a
gun,it is actually spiralling (rotating at very high speed),so when
it hit a body part,it will go in thru a small hole but continue to
spiral around inside the body portion it hit and the diameter of
the spiral round motion get bigger and bigger until it leave the
body where the diameter is at its largest,creating a big leaving
hole.
