Hyundai Sonata Feb 2004 (need help!)

I am thinking of buying a 2nd hand Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Auto. Anyone can advice me on

a. the fuel consumption
I heard that the FC is about 10-11km/litres

b. the price I should be offering
From one of the forum, I hear the car depreciates at 20% the first year. If the selling price of this car then was about $67,000 (Nov 04 price as they are no longer selling the 2000cc version) , should I offer about only $53,000

c. other general comments on this car

for a 2L engine... 10-11 is considered exceptionally good. I would think you validate your information again... for Hyundai... 8-9 or even lower is likely...
