though.. all that he said, can be read indepth with more detail in
books like uncommon sense by dr mel gill.
however, dr mel gill's seminar is a must go, i went there once
because i was forced to, but at the end of the day, i was really
happy that i was forced to go there.. in fact, i really enjoyed
it
