Cityspeed allows P platers to rent... but must sign up as member as well... the website never put, so best is you call or email to ask about the rates... I've been using Cityspeed for about 1 yr liao...

for the city speed is the rate for P plate different from people whom are not P plate?

Hi

For whizzcar, if your licence is 9 months plus, they will considered your application pertaining to a test-drive with the officer.

Last I enquired, P-platers need to pay $120 more for insurance.

yup. U r right. But if u are just few months away (maybe 2 mths) from the expiry of the P plate, u can persuade them to waive the additional $120.
