it sucks working as customer service in IT field. always kanna
all these shouting and scolding from unresonable stupid
customers.
In my past 5 yrs of working as service engineer, i neber kanna a
single 4d or toto becoz kanna f*** by stupid customers until become
so 'suey'. after i change job, my luck is back.
So ppl, dont shout or scold at customer service staffs if ur
computer always spoil. Only idiots will do tat! U should be
grateful that they r there to help u to get ur computer fixed. U
can only blame urself being so 'suey'. So dont pass ur 'suey' to
others by scolding and shouting at them!
