I've told him before. But he will sometimes forget and keep
downloading until the other computer get infected by virus to a
stage that only reformatting will help. So I gave up.
If you're a starhub user, even if you didn't apply for safesurf,
the site can be blocked if MDA orders it to be blocked. That's what
I know from the Starhub customer service officer.
