Entertainment_News SG WHen i was in pri or sec school, 1988- 1997 my school hours like 8- 12.30, the rest of the time just play and sleep..How come now parents complain about school hours? has it become longer?
CoolMyth SG 5 days week. Most CCA and remedial lessons push to after school. Longer recess time, it seems.
Entertainment_News SG Good olden times, lucky i born earlier. Remedial classes seldom but only for weak students. Most of them on sat
Entertainment_News SG I had more time to do other things like being creative and engaging in gamews, soccer or music and arts. pity the kids now. All they do is study and study more than us.
chanff8 SG If only more people are as understanding as you I stayed back in school so much that I've grown used to it. And on a rare day which I get to go home early, I'll most likely stay back in school to practise my video editing skills...
seow SG 5 day just talk cock nia. Just an excuse for them to make school hours longer. Not much activities on sat, and some ccas are still held on saturdays.
sinicker SG i remember in JC last year, when the malay drama night was coming.. this whole week i had 7.30am - 10.45pm days.
sinicker SG nope.. for that one week ah.. after the drama ended, some of us so happy we cried tears of joy.
chanff8 SG While preparing for school concert, we even have to stay overnight. Thats during the holidays though. But I came back to school every day of the holiday to prepare… Thinking about it makes me yawn…
