You can ask and negotiate as a freebie before putting your
down.
For my case, I asked if I don't apply, can give me to keep? they
say cannot 
The decals they give is prob the blue-red one you see in
http://www.suzuki-accessory.jp/swift/customize/99036_ss2.html
The bonnet one is prob in blue also.
I've seen some with totally white decals, so the colours may
vary.
As for colours, IMO, white rims don't go with black, white rims go
with red best.
For black, if polish until kilat kilat, looks more impressive and
awesome than other colours. Plus the door / trunk / bonnet line and
the plastic pieces inside the grill also hidden; more obvious in
other colours...
But dirt shows easy on black...
