just finish my reservist. i'm a special unit police, the wear berets one standing on ang chia red trucks. every year jaga countdown.

i agree some group of men are more prone to molest women.
every new year party, the troublemaker will always fall in this category : low paid labourer, from India or Bangladesh.

why? so many reason. they live among men, deprived of women, work in male industry, go work come back in lorries with men, see nice girls only on tv or from their lorry. maybe every night they pcc about the women they see. then one fine day they are let loose on orchard road where they can actually rub their body with local girls in spaghetti straps, tubes, tight jeans, miniskirts...

my baton always whack a few bangla heads one. i stand on my jeep roof and i can see the girls crying because their backside kanna rub, then i look behind them... 99% is indian labourer face. ccb..... whack their head, then grab them.

abt 7 yrs ago, me n my female friend was at the orchard countdown. we were walking towards heeren when suddenly we found ourselves surrounded by banglas. they pushed us towards the crowd and grope us everywhere, trying the reach under the skirt.
we never expect such things to happen. and didn't expect there would be so many banglas.
have not gone for such countdowns ever since.

i guess it boils down to their disrespect for women and that they often attack in packs. u dont see men groping gers in tt manner in clubs.

i dont think the type of dressing matters. just as long as u r a female, u'll prob be molested in such situations. young unsuspecting gers will continue to go for these countdowns, get molested and write it off as bad experience.

back to the story, bangla/indian molester can be very dangerous, because they have herd mentality. think about locals kiasu line up fighting for hello kitty. this is the same, only this time they think its a free for all molest party.

somehow you don't have thai/myanmar workers going about do same thing. dun ask me why. some say the thais are close knit.. the thai maids act as eye/ears to the workers wives back home. and if you know thai women, a thai man disturb sg woman is like downgrade... ha ha.

actually i dun really whack ppl head with my baton. if we really whack skull can crack one. but when we see these thing happen our blood boil man. these fuckface can act blur some more. really make u wanna whack them hard. don't have to tell how we grab these fuckers. when we handle them even the army/cd guys see us also scared. somemore our unit all big sized people. but we are nothing compared to how those regulars takkan them. in the end they usually pee in their pants and won't think about groping locals again. thats for those 50/50 case one. the confirmed case ones go station, charged.
