Hengolobin SG

i’m thinking of buying the nokia n70. anyone here who has it ? want to know like whats the pros and cons regarding this phone. and any idea if singtel would be going below $498 for its 2 years price plan soon ? or whats the cheapest deal you can get for this phone with other subscibers. Thanks.

bro, i honestly sugges that you wait for a while.
wait a lil' longer and save a little more.

and go with the upcoming N91.

the hp look very manly, its equip with the lotz of woderfull stuff.
and the biggest deal is that it comes with a 4 gig in built memory.
just like the N SERIES it also have the 2 mega pixel camera.

my friend say that n7o is just an "ok" phone. it does hang sumtimes!

Lol, n70? Let me tell u one con abt n70. The keypads are way too small for any livin person to type on. I can guarantee that u’ll surely mistype words when ur typing sms unless ur fingers are the size of small twigs la. I think phones shud have buttons which are bigger and easier to type on….or else…why buy something which is such a hassle? Btw, this is the first time i see such a small, annoying keypad. If u give me for free, i admit i’ll still take it (coz free mah, duh) but i’m surely gona still curse it for having such hard to type buttons.

FireIce SG

me ok with the keypad

u fat fingers isit

TruFaith` SG

Lol, fireice..tat means u have twig like fingers..
But reli....it's reli very small...erm...my fren, she has nokia 6100 is it..forgot is it tat model or not....the keypad edi a bit hard to type...still ok la..
And now..when i see n70...shocked to see tat got keypad even smaller...
It's not comfortable and practical typing with small keypad. Slow u down and quite troublesome.

TruFaith` SG

sorry..shud be nokia 3230 not 6100.

Hengolobin SG

oh. so the downside is the small keypad. isit just you or does anyone else who has n70 also think that the keypad is small ? another other things about this phone ? if not will be getting it next week i think. anyone have idea whats the internal memory of n70 ?

Wait for the n80, due in one to three months. It’s smaller than the n70, but has a larger keypad (due to being a slider), double the screen resolution, a 3MP camera, and wifi, amongst other improvements. Wifi lets you surf the net for free when you’re within range of a wireless network.

Toblerone SG

i thought of buyin it..but too fat…shud go on a diet

Nurofen SG

keypad ok leh..small but manageable. Just slow down my typin speed.

anyone have any idea bout the office functions? can edit n view word documents? Embarassed

newcomer SG

It’s big and ugly! Not a good choice if you’re style conscious.

tut4nkh4m3n SG

what’s the pricing like?

cyrusv SG

my bro has it. packed with so many functions that it’s a hassle.

chanff8 SG

First time I hear people say that.

Too little functions, complain...

Many functions, say its a hassle...

Its the user fault here. Users should go read the manual and understand how useful the phone can be. With third party programs, it will be even better Wink
