bmw service is notably on of the worst in the world. not just a
personal view but even people on bm forums would tell you that.
went to pml today and had to wait 30mins for someone to attend to
me.
mercedes on the other hand is very different, prompt service and
treatment like a king. i'd much prefer taking my merc for servicing
rather than my bm.
bmw has a lot of catching up to do in the service sector.
