the best way is to looking for a job first.. and they company willing to sponsor you.. but from what i know.. not much company willing to spend that sum of money.

Now who is seriously thinking about migrating?

I am very disappointed that one of our very educated public figure head made a very insensitive remark that $600K a year is peanuts when my entire family fortune, including those of my grandparents and parents is less than 1/2 that amount. My family has tolled for more than 50 years in Singapore, paying taxes along the way to garner than 1/2 a peanut fortune. Yes 1/2 a PEANUT!

Also, does it mean that my brother served NS to protect something less worthy than a peanut???

Good that I am already making plans to get out of Singapore.

Too many people are emigrating to USA, creating an influx of asian immigrants and more foreign policies being enacted to protect their homeland citizens.

A green card is not difficult to get in US though.

No comments on australia - you'll be bored to death after a while though.
