Quinsy SG Tip: DON'T Cut your hair last minute! Do it early and avoid the crowd! at least if you hate the ahirstyle you give it time to grow out

fire & ice SG bonus time for hairdressers.... then u might as well complain that taxi drivers shouldn't charge extra too... etc etc.... they charge u extra $1 on the eve of ph, $1 for peak hour, $1 for cbd, $2.50 for booking + erp + midnite......
