if only a leaflet can convince these people...
i find cigarette butts, milo wrappers, soap wrappers, tissues.
cotton buds on my aircon compressor.
the govt should make an effort to look out and fine these people
for littering.
only when it hurts their pockets will they stop littering.
on top of that do you know how and when my neighbours upstairs wash
their toilets? on a bright sunny day they will hose their toilets
windows. the water will come splashing down on my aircon
compressor. my bedroom area near the window will be all wet.
because of this i have no choice but to close the window at all
time.
