SFR bidding already started last month and many SFR bidded
numbers are already on the road.

Later this week or early next week, we shall see lta system is
giving SFR for normal registration. 1 whole series will run for abt
1.5 months.
So, SFS for normal registration may start in early March.
I think SFS bidding should start in Feb.
