pig's brain soup, i think most dun tang (stewed soup) stalls in
singapore offer, just that they don't put it on their menu. you
have to ask them. i love to eat pig's brain, though very long never
eat le. like spongy, tofu kind.
try the one at coffee city, amk ave 6, blk 728. (near courts,
broadway cinema.)
