It depends lah, white ants hurt your furniture, red ones hurt
you, black ones gobble up all your food. Cannot compare apple to
orange lah. If you worry more about furniture than pain, then white
one is more powerful lah. If you scared pain but never mind losing
your furniture, then red ones more scarry lah. If you don't mind
being biten and can endure pain and doesn't mind losing your
furniture, but you die die cannot stop eating type, then black ants
are more powerful lah.
