a. Criminal intimidation,
b. unlawful restraint
c. verbal abuse

That's enough for a decent jail time and caning. Seriously, he should have phoned the police and not his son.

More punitive action was called for.

At this point, sacking him is the only option available for Comfortdelgro.

That is probably the only disciplinary action that works on scum.

As for legal action, if Mr Mok does not pursue or lodge a formal complaint with the POLICE, then it is likely no action will be taken.

If me i will complain to comfort first.. then during the quarrel in the cab, i will switch on my hp and record what he said, after i got off, i will call police and soon, see him behind bars ... haha

what a wierd driver ! 60km is really too slow.. and usually drivers drive on third or fourth lane lor.. first lane really too slow.. and like purposely one lor.
