tatoos are actually a form of art...Got its bad image when
triads members and punks also tatoo onto their body with those
phoenix and dragons and callsign...
Frankly speaking, if the mum could have provided a good life for
the child next time they grow up, y bother about the tatoos? unless
like some says, she is also a punk who doesnt care about the kids
and let them roam around the neighbour and be a punk....the cycle
continues....
