Many anime Heroes have "Power Limiters" or seals.
Sayuki Reloaded:
1)Son Goku ----- The golden ring on his head
2)Zhu Bajie ---- The ear ring he wears
Innuyasha:
Inu falls down whenever the gal(human ) yells : "Sit, boy! "
Note: Power Limiters are not the same as being able to power up
halfway in a battle (a.k.a. DragonBall Z )
Power limiters are often removable by another person and not by the
wearer himself. Goku and FRiza were never "power-limited" at all.
When Goku turns into a Super Saiyan Human, he is using excess power
to transform , and is not breaking any power seals.
