9am update: TTT (naval equiv. of SOS) Warning at 10th Jan, 2am.
A monsoon disturbance was located in the South China Sea, north of
latitude four degrees North (04N) and west of longitude one one
four degrees East (114E). Sea rough and swell moderate to high from
NE. Winds NE 20 to 30 Knots. This monsoon disturbance is expected
to persist during the next 24 hours.
It read "weaken" for the past 2 days. 
Rain expected around noon, lasting for hours. Start with Marine
Parade/East Coast, blowing W/NW.
