u are wrong. te guy may be rushing to a burning home or to a
dying mother. Though most likely not. give them the benefit of the
doubt.
anyway...right lane is for overtaking. If u have been to any
advance course or defensive course, the instructors will tell u the
same. Irregardless of the speed, it is an overtaking lane..if they
are speeding, its up to them to explain to the TP.
In fact i have seen a TP stop a speeding car to find a driver
sending his mother who is suffering from a heart attack to
hospital. The TP gave him a warning, and proceeded to clear the
right lane for him all the way to the hospital.
