You sounded like you intend to switch ISP?
Generally, as most have said, it is either singnet or starhub
presently. I presume your contract has expired hence,
1. Current Singnet promotion plan CMI.
2. Wait and see whether CNY has got generous freebies.
3. Wait and see after CNY whether more ISP are entering the
market.
In short, if you need internet urgently, get starhub.
Alternatively, if you can afford to wait long enough, get the
cheapest and shortest contract possible because chances of ISP
entering the market is 51% in my humble deduction. (time factor is
unknown)
The safest approach would be to wait for CNY.
