maybe their sups should make them book in at 23:59.
or maybe their book out rendezvous should be confined to
serangoon/Little India with ferry service at 23:59 (since they're
always cheating bus fare anyway).
and if cops catch them snooping around HDBs and wrong places,
sups get fined and FTs get allowance cut
