hi intending to buy flowers this valentine day
but first time buying, so a few things not sure
1. can i buy the flowers in the morning. and put inside office and
then give the flowers at nite? will the flowers show signs of
not-so-fresh ?
2. do i book with the florist beforehand? not sure if roses will be
out of stock that day
