yucks. that studio sucks. Alvron is it? customer service not good. equipment so-so. the only plus point is the space. try these two studios below:

Beat Merchants @ Jln Pinang, Lavender/Bugis area
Rates: $15/hr

Soundmix @ Jln Besar Road
Rates: $16/hr, really really big studio A

Both studios have one Marshall stack, and similar equipments.
