Him and Her analysis:
Hiim:
First 2 punches aimed at the forehead. Had he really really used
force, he would've broken his hands.
His 'jabs'...if they can be called that. I saw that a mile
away.
His 'hook' needs more work. No weight behind the punch, no follow
through, no power.
Where are the combos? He looks like he is point sparring.
His hands need to be up.
4/10. Needs to work harder.
Her:
Good setup by not moving her head, hence luring him into a false
security; he closed the distance himself w/o her doing anything!
Notice also that he goes only for the head. Should have taken him
down when he threw his hooks.
Hands. But she learnt after the first 2 punches.
All in all 5/10 for technique.
