Xcert SG should do civil sue....spend money on lawyer then let the court throw out ur case... the prank callers might be wrong in the first place...but U are not much better...trying to do them in or something...JUST because U can... It's always better to leave a way out for others...U want to listen or not...its ur problem.

shade343 SG You cant expel as the prank caller did not breach any rules of SP. Check the School rules. WHich part of it says I cant prank call you? In order to sue succesfully for nuisance, you must first prove 2 things. 1)that the nuisance existed for a period of time 2)The nuisance caused physical or substantial damage to you Otherwise, it would just be considered as an "everyday inconveniences"

I would have laugh it off as a joke, But going after my gf, is a whole new different thing. Anyway, the police report has been made.. I can't withdraw that. Next is to go to the MObile operators to get their IDs and Infomation. I don think I'll be trying to get them sue or expell, Maybe I could find tiem to visit their Parents and have a talk ?

N secondly they simply wunt be expelled just because of making a prank call.The most they will get is a warning.But i have a question here, how did they know ur number? or did they just anyhow press n u were the lucky guy who tio?
