I guess you guys should had received another notice from the
disciplinary board of our insitute... stating the below... I think
as the years goes by, RP students cannot smoke in woodlands...

With
immediate effect, RP students are prohibited from smoking in the
entire area bounded by Woodlands Avenue 2, Woodlands Avenue 9 and
Woodlands Street 81. This prohibition is now spelt out in our Code
of Conduct.
Any RP student found to be smoking in this
area may be subject to disciplinary action.
TP also same what... some outer boundaries outside of campus is
still under the rule... eg bus stops
