pay since 1996 , Singtel only sent a few notices for late payment ,
after that , no sound no picture , no bill collector from Singtel
.
I also owe Singtel about $400 , also same , since 1995 . Case
closed liao !
But M1 don't play play , they sent lawyer letter one , i kana
before , just $10 balance after i terminated my line , they sent
lawyer letter . 
Starhub so far so good , you owe them , they sent u love letter ,
then suspend your line , and problem still persisit , they just
sent reminder til you pay , the rest i dunno liao .
Giro only for rich people . 
Now AXS very common , no GIRO require .
