however the downside is that the surgery for FTMs isnt as good as for MTFs. i don't think they're able to experience a proper errection.

err i read up about sex change (male to female) b4 in a mag...
they will cut off the penis and dig a cavity to serve as a vigina...
but there are two kinds of operations.

a more risky one enables the patient to enjoy sex while the other makes sex distasteful.
the former is enabled by removing a lump of sensitive tissue from the tip of the severed penis and attaching it to the roof of the canal to serve as a clitoris.
other customisations which this more risky (and expensive) operation has to offer include well-defined viginal lips and more sensitive spots (by attatching bits of the severed penis to various parts of the canal)
those who opt for the cheaper but less risky and expensive option will no longer experience orgasms (although the canal/artificial vigina is constructed) as no sensitive areas exist any longer.

about the surgery...i never heard of it posing any risk. basically theres your normal standard SRS (sex reassingment surgery) which cost about 5k - 15k SGD, and theres another kind by Dr Surporn, an SRS surgeon in thailand. alot more ex ($16k USD), but some says it feels even better than real girls.

they're SRS surgeons in singapore, but most people prefer going to thailand cause its cheaper there, and also cause the surgeons are alot more experienced. heck, its only gonna cost you $50 for a budget flight there, lol.

about that other surgery i mentioned, its kinda patented, so only that doctor does it....but its alot better than the other method in lots of ways so....i want it. Wink

theres the more standard one, price is so-so, and you can experience orgasms. i dont think i heard of people being unsatisfied with it though.

but theres a newer method recently, more expensive, but alot better.

we're somewhere along the same point of transition but, shes slightly further than me, so i doubt theres anything much that i know and she doesn't yet.
