Check if there's any leakage at your radiator. Could be a MINOR
leakage somewhere.
I encountered problem with radiator before and it will definitely
cause a raise in temperature. But dun understand the part when
stationary temp will drop, dun make sense. 
Even if your air con compressor have problem, it shall not affect
the car till it vibrate.
