They assign you a team.
If luck has it, have good team mates, then OK.
But most I know have no good luck.
No team = no need to choose what projects you want
When the project is released for you to do = LL suck thumb and do
it, like it or not.
For my batch, an individual could propose. Not sure for the new
batch.
