There are some rather old flats around the Bugis area. I wouldn’t mind staying there either, with Bugis Junction and the new National Library so close by. Can even walk to City Hall, Boat Quay and Orchard. Imagine how much transport money you can save during weekends!

They place the new station so 1 will be in the vicinity of the newest flats, then the other will be industrial area.

Heh... imagine work and home just 1 MRT station away from each other. Very Happy

Queensway~! Or somewhere near there. The value of the flats are good.. I think its the best place to stay.. Got cheap clothes, Ikea, nice environment and very near to orchard. My fav...

Jurong West not bad lah... I also live in Jurong West and the transport is not bad man... Only the air quality not that good and the RSAF airplane noise only...
