chanff8 SG Most of us here are simply finding out the passwords, login, wreck havoc, and called that hacking... Hacking requires special programs, skills and your common sense as well. You think so easy to learn meh?
Hocklez SG donno, but once some idiot got into my hotmail acc and changed the password within seconds... pretty fast... he then took over my neopet acc form there, send password to my hotmail... till now i still cannot figure out how he had done this.. i was just chatting with my friends on msn and some of them just invite some unknow fellow in... the next moment my hotmail acc pass is changed....
targa3 SG 1. Social Engineering. <== easiest method. I used it to acquire over half my classmates password. (done long ago, a time when people read their chain mail religiously) 2. Brute Force <== Go fcuk urself if you intend to try this. 3. Intrusion <== find zero-day exploit and pray that you will get a short sentence. 4. Trojan (on your target's PC, not the server) <== very easy, but troublesome in SG due to dynamic ip.
mrwonderful SG linger near public computers hope the person forgets to log out of his homtail or msn account got more chance of success.
Ponders SG My hotmail kena hacked and stolen before. haha. Was on MSN and i found that my other hotmail was online!!! hahaha THen i suspected something... so i log in. Still not too late. But over the next few days... Hotmail blocked the account saying there's too many attempts to access the account.
Ponders SG I did. That is why Hotmail blocked my account because that person have been trying to access it many times. Anyway, that was my email for my junk mails. receive about 100+ junk per day in that email.
irage SG You will have to get your fact right. it is very outdated... MD5 is no longer safe. with a pattern matching tool, MD5 can be generated in approximately 45 minutes on P4 1.6ghz (on average).
