finatiq considered?
I have taken part in finatiq before I withdraw the money but I
termed them more as internet based banks? Somehow, I old fashion
feel dealing with a face-less entity as a bit intimidating. I
prefer to see printed receipt handed to me over the counter by the
customer service officers 
I will go take a look at their rates though. Thanks.
