ditzy SG But it has always been like that, the committee in charge of the following year's NDP is decided so well in advance they attend the current year's NDP to assess what needs to be followed up.
laurence82 SG Do they test out the fireworks in Sembawang? Last July i was bbqing in Sembawang beach, then suddenly for no reason the hill behind us was alive with fireworks. Estimated to last for five to ten mins Or there was an event going on?

GOH for NDP.. how are they chosen?? usually the best combat unit or what? if it is best combat unit? how do they train when the award is only announced a month before? unless i am wrong. dunno why singapore make NDP so big that the country become a "stand still". other US is just a simple parade that was hastily organised 1-2 months before. haha.
CoolMyth SG In order of position on the field: Best Combat Unit --> Navy --> Air Force --> Police. Good question on the BCE. I dun know why like that.
